摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical efficiency of the High frequency ventilation (HFV) matching anisodamine on acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS) of children.Methods Twenty-one ARDS patients received traditional means with HFV matching anisodamine.The arterial blood gases indexes were detected at 4 hours after the start of treatment.Resnlts Pressure of oxygehation in artery(PaO2) was obviously increased after treatment at 4 hours(P＜0.05),and there was no difference in PaCO2 after therapy(P＞0.05).Conclusion The treatment of High frequency ventilation (HFV) matching anisodamine on ARDS patients got manifest therapeutical effects.关键词
