活血通络法治疗膝关节骨性关节炎疗效观察

摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the therapeutic effect and safety of Huoxuetongluo Therapy(Guzengbizheng capsule) on Osteoarthritis of Knee in the middle-old aged pepole.Methods 120 patients with Osteoarthritis of Knee were randomly divided into two groups who were enrolled from Jun.2008 to Aug.2010 in our hospital.The 60 patients(Huoxuetongluo Therapy group)received Guzengbizheng capule 1.35g each time,3 times a day.the other 60 patients(Indocin group) received Indocin 25mg each time,3 times a day, with a treatment course of 3~4 weeks for the two groups Follow-up time was 6-10 months.Results The effective rates of Huoxuetongluo Therapy group and Indocin group were respectively 91.7% and 61.7% .there was difference between the two groups(P＜0.05). Conclusion the Huoxuetongluo Therapy have efficacy and high security in treating Osteoarthritis of Knee.关键词
