13所三级甲等医院ICU护士职业紧张状况调查分析
Analysis of Occupational Stress of Nurses in ICUs of 13 Class Ⅲ Grade Ⅰ Hospitals

Abstract
Objective To understand the status quo of occupational stress of nurses in ICU, to explore its influencing factors and to provide basis for its prevention measures. Methods With cluster sampling, 239 nurses in ICUs of 13 class M grade I hospitals were surveyed with a general information questionnaire and Occupational Stress Inventory-Revised Edition (OSI-R). Results The total score of OSI-R was 404.66±27.78 and of the total, the score of occupational role questionnaire was 187.74±14.76, that of personal strain questionnaire was 96.30±12.17 and that of personal resources questionnaire was 120.62±13.21. Occupational stress remained intense among nurses aged from 30 to 39, those with service length from 10 to 19 years, those divorced or widowed, those graduated from technical secondary school, those with junior professional title and those with night shift (P<0.05). Conclusion Nurses in ICU are in the high level of occupational stress. Effective measures should be adopted to alleviate their stress.关键词
