胺碘酮静脉滴注致静脉炎原因分析及护理对策

Abstract
Objective To analyze the phlebitis caused by intravenous amiodarone causes of phlebitis reduction and mitigation measures of preventive care. Methods From the use of drug concentrations, medicine, nursing staff duration, patients are analyzed, and the factors into phlebitis reason occurred, and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures, after cure actively phlebitis. Results 20 cases of amiodarone intravenous drip of 13 patients were phlebitis reasons for drug factors, 65% , 4 cases of nursing staff factors, 20% , 3 cases of patients, 15%. Conclusion Amiodarone phlebitis drugs for caused by factors, infusion process should be actively adopt effective nursing measures of amiodarone phlebitis due to the prevention and control and have an extremely important role.关键词
