浙江省台州市甲状腺癌临床流行病学特征分析

Abstract
Objective To make a clear vision of trend in thyroid cancer incidence and corresponding preventative modalities by analyzing clinical epidemological features of thyroid cancer in Taizhou. Methods 320 cases of thyroid cancer with surgical treatment from 2004 to 2009 in Taizhou Municipal Hospital were reviewed. All cases were separated into subgroups by gender, age and pathological diagnosis for descriptive analysis. Pearson Chi-square by SPSS 12.0 software was used for statistical analysis. Results The ratio of thyroid cancer in female to male was 1: 2.4. For the group of age ≤40, an increase in cumulative cases from 2007 to 2009 (69 cases, 33.7% of all cases) with statistical significance was observed compared with that in years from 2004 to 2006(21 cases, 18.3% of all cases). 166 cases of thyroid cancer were diagnosed by subsequent surgery out of 200 cases which were diagnosed by ultrosonigraphy beforehand, with an corresponding diagnosis rate of 83. 0%. A total of 303 ( 94. 7% ) cases of thyroid papillary carcinoma were found. Ninety-six cases of thyroid cancer were accompanied with benign lesions, including Hashimoto's thyroiditis in 44(13. 8% ). Thyroid microcarcinom was found in 167 cases, accounting for 52. 2% of all paillary carcinoma, and the proportion of thyroid microcarcinoma was raised from 44. 3% in 2004-2006 to 57. 6% in 2007 -2009(P <0.05) . Conclusions Thyroid cancer in Taizhou tends to happen more in females and in earlier age. Papillary carcinoma is the main category of thyroid cancer. Hashimoto 's thyroiditis is the most common concomitant disease in thyroid carcinoma, number of thyroid microcarcinoma cases is increased remarkably. B Ultrasonic examination plays a key role in the diagnosis of thyroid carcinoma. It is necessary to take comprehensive measures for prevention and treatment of thyroid cancer.关键词
