The expressions of MMP-2 gene proteion in breast cancer and its clinical significance
摘要
Abstract
Aim To probe into the relationship between MMP-2 expression and invasion,mestastasis of breast cancer. Methods The expressions of MMP-2 Gene Protein in 80 cases with breast cancer was detected quantitatively by Flow Cytometry (FCM). Results Expression of MMP-2 Gene protein found in breast cancers is significantly more than that in benign breast diseases(p<0. 05). It can be stated that expression of MMP-2 was correlated with lymphnode metastasis and clinical stage (p<0. 05). Conclusion The high level of MMP-2 may be linked with breast cancer's invasion and mestastasis. The expressions of MMP-2 may be a indication of invasion and metastasis and a strong predictor of poor survival.关键词
