Abstract
Objective To explore the operative approach, internal fixation methods and prognosis for Tile C pelvic frac ture. Methods To review 67 cases of Tile C pelvic fracture who were treated by operation. Among them, 48 is done from anterior approach, another 19 is from posterior. Results The pelvic shape of 63 cases recovered better. 61 cases after follow-up for 8 ~32 months, the bone fracture was reunited,and the patients all can walk. By Liu Liming criterion, the excellent rate was 90.2%. Conclusion Operation is a good way for Tile C pelvic fracture. According to the different fracture, either anterior or posterior ap proach has good effects. Sacroiliac plate is a safe, convenient and effective way.关键词
