69例泪小管断裂吻合术临床分析

Abstract
Objective To study the effective method for the treatment of lacrimalductile break. Methods A retrospec tive analysis of 69 cases of rupture of lacrimalductule were applied the method of direct searching method and pigtail probe apply ing, and its surgical methods and clinical characteristics were summarized. And then the patients were followed up for 8 ~ 12 months. Results In 69 cases ,62 cases underwent direct searching method, 7 cases applying pigtail probe for searching rup tured. The cure rate and the effective rate were 82. 61% , 17. 39% cases improved . Conclusion Nasal stump of most of the fresh canalicular lacerations can be found directly, the rate were 89. 86% , a few could be found by pigtail probe, anastomosis of lacri mal canal laceration by silicone intubation is good effect.关键词
