Abstract
Objective To explore the relationship between serum ferritin and coronary heart disease. Methods 88cases were selected in our hospital from June 2008 to December 2010, and 88 health controls were also selected in our hospital. We de tected the serological indexes and serum ferritin level in the two groups. The data were analyzed by SPSS 11.0. Results The TC, TG, LDL-C, HDL-C, Ox-LDL and SF level in the CAD group were significantly higher than those in the controls, and P <0.05. Additionally, the Spearman analysis indicated the Ox-LDL was related to the CAD with the r was 0. 57, P < 0.05. SF was related to the CAD, and the r was 0. 57, P <0.05. Conclusion The Ox-LDL and SF level showed to be high in the CAD, which could be a reference index for the serious level of CAD.关键词
