摘要
Abstract
Objective To evaluate the efficacy of short-term intensive insulin therapy in treatment of diabetes type B. Methods A total of 100 cases with T2DM were collected, and randomly divided into two groups, each group had SO cases. One group was treated with short-term intensive insulin therapy, and another term was treated by oral anti-diabetic drugs. All the cases were followed-up for 2 months. Results The FBG, 2hPBG and HbAlc were significantly decreased after treatment in the two groups ( P < 0. 05 ). The fasting blood-glucose time, the garget glycemic control time after meal for 2 hours and the incidence of hypo-glycemia in the short-term intensive insulin therapy group were significantly lower those in the oral anti-diabetic drugs group. The FINs and fasting plasma C-peptide after treatment significantly increased compared those before treatment (P < 0. 05 ). Conclusion Fort the T2DM patients, we should give them short-term intensive insulin therapy. We should protect the insulin resistance of pancre atic island p cell, and get the long-term glycemic control.关键词
