基于DSP+ARM的干式变压器状态监测系统硬件设计
Hardware design of condition monitoring of dry-type power transformer based on DSP+ARM
摘要
Abstract
A kind of monitor system hardware plan of dry-type power transform based on DSP+ARM is presented. Three-phase running voltage and load current are sampled synchronously under synchronous time series produced by CPLO. RMS of running voltage and load current and the amplitude of each harmonic are produced by DSP. Wilding temperature, environmental temperature and humidity, magnetic grounding current, clip pieces of earth current, tap switch state and cooler condition are sampled by ARM directly. Finally, all state information of transformer is uploaded upper computer by TCP/IP. Hardware block diagram and schematic of the design scheme are given. The experimental results verify that the scheme is feasible and the monitor datum is accurate and reliable. The system can accomplish condition monitoring of dry-type power transformer.关键词
