Reasonable Choice of Stray-Load Loss' Parameters Range for Super High Efficiency Motor
摘要
Abstract
The design coefficient selection of stray loss was a very complex and important work in electromagnetic design. Since the super high efficiency motor adopt new efficiency test methods which had great changes compare with the original test method, the design coefficient of stray loss need to select anew. The generation of stray loss principle and classification was described, introduced and compared the two methods' difference of measured stray loss, refer to two standard test methods' recommended value of stray loss, combined with the existing large prototype test, by least squares curve fitting of the motor distribution of stray loss, according to curve fitting to determine the design value of stray loss of the new prototype. Test prototype loop and correction factor and trial results showed that the determined stray loss parameters reasonable and feasible, could be used to guide electromagnetic design of the series super high efficiency motor.关键词
