锌指蛋白ZBED3在小鼠卵细胞中的表达及意义
The expression and significance of Zinc finger protein ZBED3 in mouse oocyte
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To study the expression and distribution of ZBED3 (zinc finger,BED-type containing 3) in mouse oocyte, and explore its role in oocyte maturation and early embryo development. Methods:The expressional level of ZBED3 mRNA in multi-pule tissues was analyzed using bioinformatic resources. Western blot and immunohistochemistry were used to detect the expression and distribution of ZBED3 in mouse oocyte. Results;The result of bioinformatic analysis showed that ZBED3 mRNA was specificly expressed in mouse oocyte and fertilized egg. Western blot confirmed the high-level' expression of ZBED3 protein in mouse oocyte. And the result of immunohistochemistry showed the positive signal of ZBED3 was centralized in the cytoplasm of oocyte. Conclusion;ZBED3 maybe play roles in oocyte maturation and early embryo development.关键词
