不完全川崎病53例临床分析

摘要
Abstract
0bjective:To sunmarfce clinical features of incon p]ete kawasaki disease (KD ) for early diagnosis and in proven ent prognosis .M e1hods:The data of 53 cases wih incon plete KD hospitalized in Nanjing Children's Hospital from March 2005 to February 2009 w ere retrospectively anafyzed and w ere can pare w ith 228 cases w ith can plete KD in the san e perfad .R esults :There w as no significant difference in the incidence of main clinical features bete een incomplete KD and conpleteKD .There was significant difference in the incidence ofBCG vac- cinatfan red reactfan,reddish anus and desquanation,respiratory system symptoms,digestive system symptoms,nervous system symptoms.No significant differences of W BC ,N% ,HB ,PLT ,ESR ,CRP ,ALT ,ALB ,LDH were found in Hie inocm plete KD and can plete KD .There was significant difference in the incidence of coronary artery lesions bete een incon plete KD (42 .3% ) and can plete KD (22 .8% ) .C onclusion :The incidence of coronary artery lesions w as higher in incan plete KD 1han 1hat in can plete KD .The sym ptom s and physical signs not included in clinical diagnostic criteria,especially BCG vaccination red reactfan and reddish anus and desquan ation,should be paid attention in the diagnosis and syniheticalV analysed with echocardiography and abnom alby in laboratory exan inatfan ,which can be helpful to the tin ely diagnosis of in-con plete KD .关键词
