摘要
Abstract
Objective To evaluate the curative effects of hybrid surgery of laser and sclerosant foam in the treatment of varicose lower great saphenous vein. Methods A total of 72 cases of great saphenous vein varicose patients were divided into 2 groups with hybrid surgery of laser and foam sclerosant performed one group and simple laser performed in the other. Local recurrence rates, operation time, hospital stay and local complication rates were compared between the two groups. Results Operation time, the hospital stay and local complication rates were significantly different between the two groups ( P < 0. 01 ) . Local recurrence rate was 5. 0% in the hybrid surgery group and 5. 2% in the simple laser group ( P >0. 05 ) . Conclusion Hybrid surgery of laser and foam sclerosant is a new treatment method, which shows more advantages than simple laser treatment.关键词
