摘要
Abstract
To improve the function obstacles in community stroke sequela patients with the hope to improve their self - care ability and quality of life. Methods According to the patient activities of daily life skills, cognitive situation and psychological state, by regular consultation, demonstration nursing, telephone consultation, nursing instructions were delivered to family caregivers of the target patients for a year. Results After instructions, patient activities of daily life were enhanced ( P < 0. 05 ) . Conclusion With decent nursing instructions delivered to family caregivers of community stroke sequela patients, function obstacles could be improved and daily life ability could be enhanced in these patients.关键词
