江苏省72例艾滋病病毒职业暴露个案的调查分析
A survey on 72 cases of occupational exposure to HIV in Jiangsu province
摘要
Abstract
Objective;To evaluate the current situation of professional exposure to human immunodeficiency viius(HIV) in order to discuss the measure of postexposure prophylaxis Methods;The cases of occupational exposure to HIV in 2003-2009 were investigated and the data were statistically analyzed. Results;Among the totally 72 cases, there were 41 cases with acupuncture or incised wound, 10 cases with grab or bite wound, 15 cases were exposed by skin while 6 cases were exposed by mucosa. Fifty six cases were taken place in medical health institutions, 2 cases were happened in centers of disease prevention and control, 9 cases were occurred in public security agencies, one case was happened in blood transfusion services and the other 4 cases were belong to other occasions. Sixty one cases were local processed immediately after exposure, 42 cases took medicines with basic procedure, and 14 cases were treated with reinforcement procedure while the other 16 cases hadn't taken any measures because of individual negative judgment. All cases were HIV antibody negative in the follow test. Conclusion:The risk of HIV infection after exposure to HIV in occupational occasions was relatively low. However, the consciousness of prevention should be strengthened to avoid the occurrence of blood transfusion diseases.关键词
