Abstract
Objective: The purpose of this study is to evaluate the relationship between of the Helicobacterpylori (Hp) infection in stomach and upper gastrointestinal、oral cavity disease. Method: The 11788 health check were surveyed by urea (14C)breath test, of whom 5410 cases have upper gastrointestinal disease, of whom 4312 cases have oral cavity disease and of whom 2066 cases have no disease for the tests. The examination evaluated by distribution of Helicobacterpylori. With the surveyed of upper gastrointestinal、oral cavity disease. Result: The experiments showed that the positive rate of Hp of the 11788 are 58.53 % and the rate of the 1 and 2 group were all significantly higher than the the 3 group. Conclusion: This results suggested that Hp in stomach is closely involved upper gastrointestinal and oral cavity disease.关键词
