Abstract
OBJECTIVE: To establish a whole team of doctor, clinical pharmacist and nurse who rescue and treat acute severe bronchopneumonia in children and explore the pharmaceutical care practice working mode and experience, and to provide a reference for improving the cure rate of children with acute severe bronchopneumonia and reducing mortality rate. METHODS: Clinical pharmacist involved in pharmaceutical care and medication adjustment after drafting therapeutic schedule during diagnosis and rescue for one case of acute severe bronchopneumonia. RESULTS: The doctor supported and adopted the drug treatments which were suggested by clinical pharmacist. In that the patient's condition was promptly brought under control and got better treatment effects. CONCLUSION: Clinical pharmacist cooperates with physicians and nurses for the formulation and implementation of therapeutic regimen, which not only improves cure rate and reduces the damage of drug-induced diseases and adverse drug reaction, but also alleviate the economic burden for patients.关键词
