竹沥颗粒与鲜竹沥液对上呼吸道感染祛痰作用的临床研究

Abstract
Objective To observe the expectorant effect and safety of Zhuli Granule and Zhuli juice in treatment with infection of the upper respiratory tract.Methods 148 patients were randomly divided into treatment group(n=76)and control group(n=72).The patients in treatment group were administrated with Zhuli Granules 4g orally, three times a day,and the patients in control group were administrated with Zhuli juice,30 ml orally,three times a day for 7 days.Results The total effective rates of rates of treatment and control group were 80.26%and 77.78%,and there was no significant difference between two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion expectorant effect of Zhuli Granule were superior to Zhuli juice.关键词
