摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate clinical characteristics of clinical and MR imaging in spontaneous intracrnial hypotension syndrome and enhance the level of diagnosis and treatment of this disease.Methods 19 cases of spontaneous intracrnial hypotension syndrome were analyzed retrospectively.Results spontaneous intracrnial hypotension syndrome had typical orthostatic headache and diffuse pachymningeal hyperintensity on MRI.Conclusion a low pressure prowed by lumber puncture is not the only condithion to make the diagnosis,however,the typical manifestations and the signs of MR imaging mag Iesd to the final disgnosis.关键词
