Abstract
O bjective: To examine the correlations of polymorphisns ofERCQ ^XPA^XPC, XPT\ XPG in nucleotide excision repair systan and the sensitivity of plathum-based chenotherapy in epithelial ovarian cancer M e1hods: PCR and sequencing were perfomed to screen the single nucleotide polymorphisms of exons ofERCQ ^ XPA, XPC, XPI\ XPG in epithelial ovarian cancer cells which were resistant or sensitive to platinum-based treatnent The results were analyzed by Chranas software andNCBENP data bank to search and authenticate the SNPs Results; XPGH i46His and XPG H I§ 104 Asp had polymorphisms in cells Conclusion: The polymorphisms ofXPGHi46H is and XPG HH104 Asp innucleotHe excision repair systanmay be associated with the resistance of epithelial ovarian cancer after platinum-based chemotherapy关键词
