摘要
Abstract
O b jective: To investigate the expression ofVE-cadherinmRNA h gestatfonal trophoblastic diseases and its clinical value M ethods; The levels ofVE-cadherinmRNA expressbn in the tissues of22 nomal chorbnic villi of the first trmester and55 cases of gestatbnal trophoblastic diseases were detected by reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction R esults: No significant difference ofVE-cadherinmRNA expression was found between the tissues ofnoimal chorionic villi of the first trmester and that of non-malignant transfomed hydatidrfoim mol^P >0.05). However, there was a significant reductbn of VE-cadherinmRNA expression h the tissues ofmalignant transfomed hydatidifom mole and invasive hydatidifom mole as well as chorbncarcinona compared with that of nomal chorbnic villi of the first trmester and non-transfomed hydatidifom mole( P <0. 01). The levels of the VE-cadherinmRNA expressbn in the tissues of invasive hydatidifom mole and chorioncarcinana were lower than that ofmalignant transfomed hydatidifom mole The expression of VE-cadherinmRNA h the tissues of chorbcinana was significantly decreased compared with that of invasive hydatidifom mol^P <0. 01) . C onclisim : Down-regulation of the VE-cadherin expression, regarded as an initial step in the malignant transfomation of trophob lasts, was closely correlated with the malignant transfomatfon of hydatidifoim mole Therefore, the detee-tbn of the levels of VE-cadherin expressfonm jght be valuable for the prediction ofmalignant transfomation and the evaluation of piog-nosis of gestational trophoblastic diseases关键词
