摘要

Abstract

The characteristics of the ester-cured alkaline phenolic resin used sand have been presented. The experiments of different reclamation process have been carried out. The results indicate that using the combined reclamation process of thermal reclamation and repeatedly mechanical reclamation, the ignition loss of the reclaimed sand can be brought down to 1.5%, the residual content of K2O down to 0.12% and the reclamation rate of the used sand can reach 80%, which leading to a substantial reduction of the castings' production cost.
