摘要
Abstract
Objective To establish a method for determining the content of rutin in total flavonoid constituents of spanishneedles herb by high performance liquid chromatography( HPLC ). Methods HPLC method was achieved on Sinochrom ODS-BP column with acetonitrile,tetrahydrofuran,acetic acid and water ( 15. 5- 5. 5=0. 1: 117.5 )as mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.0 ml/min. Column temperature was kept at 30 ℃ and UV detection wave length was set at 360 nm. Results There was good linearity between the peak areas and the compound concentrations for rutin in the range of 75 -376 μg/ml. The equation was Y= 16 262X - 10 726 with r =0. 999 1. The inter-day and intra-day precision was both less than 2. 5% . Mean recovery was 95. 5% . Conclusion The method is simple,accurate and repeatable, and could meet the requirement of quality control of rutin in total flavonoid constituents of spanishneedles herb.关键词
