鹿衔草中总黄酮的提取及含量测定
Extraction and determination of total flavonoids in Pyrola calliantha
摘要
Abstract
Objective To optimize the method of extracting and determining the content of total flavonoids in Pyrola calliantha. Methods The thermal circumfluence and the ultrasound were used to extract the total flavonoids in Pyrola calliantha, respectively. Spectrophotometer was applied to determine the content of total flavonoid with the rutin as the control. Results The standard curve was linear in the concentration ranges of 0.002 -0.070 mg/ml with correlation coefficient of r =0. 999 9. The best extraction condition of total flavonoid was extracting 3 times, 1. 5 h each time,50% alcohol as the solvent and solid to liquid of 1: 25. Conclusion The content of total flavonoids by thermal circumfluence extraction is higher than that by ultrasonic extraction. And the method is simple,feasible and environmental friendly.关键词
