摘要

Abstract

Objective To investigate the performance appraisal method of family doctors in general service team model so as to fully mobilize the activities of the team members and the doctors for improving the service quality and efficiency. Methods By further understanding the basic concept of performance appraisal for family doctors, perfecting the performance appraisal system, clearing the contents and the flow, and evaluating the effects about the performance appraisal, the methods of performance appraisal of family doctors in general service team model at present stage were explored. Results Since 2006, a relatively perfect assessment program in our center had been developed about the works of family doctors, including the goals, contents, methods and processes of the assessment. In 2009 , the pilot project of family health responsibilities in general service team model was overall started to assess the work, management and efficacy of the family health responsibilities. It was proved that the performance appraisal methods were feasible and effective. Conclusion The performance appraisal methods for family doctors in general service team model meet the demands for community health reform, sustained development with mobilizing the activities of family doctors, controlling the operating costs and accomplishing the management goal of community health center.
