慢性肝炎患者生命质量测定量表研制与考评
Development and Evaluation of Quality of Life Instruments for Chronic Diseases-Chronic Hepatitis
摘要
Abstract
Objective To develop and evaluate the quality of life instruments for chronic diseases - chronic hepatitis ( QLICD - CH ) . Methods The scale was developed in accordance with Chinese culture background and assessed by analyzing data from 108 inpatients in the aspects of validity, reliability and responsiveness. Results Cronbach's Alpha of each domain exceeded 0. 7, the split - half was also above 0. 6, test - retest reliability of the scale, as assessed with the correlation coefficient was above 0. 9; nine principle components were extracted from the general module of instrument, four principle components were extracted from the specific module, which reflected contents of most items. The correlations between coefficients of each domain as well as total score of QLICD - CH and SF -36 were fairly high. Except from psychological domain, social domain, scores of the other domains showed statistically significant differences before and after treatment ( P <0. 01 ) . Conclusion The QLICD - CH has good validity, reliability and responsiveness and can be used in the quality of life assessment of patients with chronic hepatitis.关键词
