Thinking of Establishing Demand-Oriented Job-Transfer Training Curricula for General Practitioners
摘要
Abstract
The existing problems in the job - transfer training curricula for general practitioners in China are analyzed in this paper, and thus a new way of thinking to set up demand - oriented job - transfer training curricula for general practitioners are put forth, including: ( 1 ) conducting investigation on the positions in urban and rural primary health care institutions, and then setting up the course objectives and teaching plans based on the local demand; ( 2 ) integrating the teaching modules by emphasizing the occupational skills; ( 3 ) designing teaching activities that are practical, opening and occupational; ( 4 ) performing teaching evaluation by tripartite model, establishing a comprehensive evaluation system by consulting the needs of communities and standards of practice.关键词
