On Legal Protection for Sustainable Development of the Non-residents Islands
摘要
Abstract
The publishment of 2009 Islands Protection Law is the milestone of Chinese marine legal system. To achieve the sustainable development of non-residents islands, the protection and management of non-residents islands should be strengthened and standard of development and legal utilization is an important guarantee of non-residents islands for sustainable development, and improving the legislation combined with the relevant provisions of Island Protection Act, which should further improve the system of ownership of non-residents islands, and standardize the order of exploration legal system.关键词
