Abstract
Objective To summarize the experience in the diagnosis and treatment of gallbladder stone and choledocholithiasis by laparoscopy combined with cholangioscopy. Methods The clinical data of 65 cases from 2004 to 2010 undergoing laparoscopic common bile duct exploration were analyzed retrospectively. Results Laparoscopic common bile duct exploration were successfully performed in 62 cases, with 5 cases of a negative exploration. Three cases were converted to open laparotomy. The average operating time was 120 min. T-tube drainage was routinely carried out in all the patients. No severe complications occurred. Conclusions Laparoscopic common bile duct exploration is a safe and effective approach for the diagnosis and treatment of choledocholithiasis, with the advantages of producing less pain and causing quicker recovery.关键词
