宫内节育器适宜技术在基层培训和使用情况及存在问题分析
Current Status and Problems of the Training and Application of Intrauterine Device Appropriate Technologies in Rural Areas
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the training and application status of intrauterine device ( IUD ) appropriate technologies and to find out the existing problems and influencing factors in the popularization of the technology. Methods Questionnaire survey and in - depth interviews for relevant people in 10 pilot counties of 2 provinces, which were carrying out the project on IUD appropriate technologies, were adopted. Results The trainees were affluent in experience but lack education and qualification ; the selection of IUD appropriate technologies was characterized with tendentiousness; compared to the traditional IUD, centralized training on the advanced one was not as effective; price, policy, and the preference of the technicians or the sufferers all impact on the project. Conclusion The training and application of IUD appropriate technologies need further optimization and improvement.关键词
