摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the imaging features of choroid plexus papillomas in children so that it can be diagnosed and differentiated well. Methods The full clinical data and imaging features of 11 cases of choroid plexus papillomas in children were retrospectively reviewed. All cases were underwent by CT and 6 cases by MRI. All cases were confirmed by surgical pathology. Results In 11 cases, 3 cases of choroid plexus papillomas were found in the posterior horn of left lateral ventricle; 4 cases in the triangle of left lateral ventricle; 1 cases in the anterior horn of the left lateral ventricle;3 cases in the triangle of righe lateral ventricle. The tabulated or cauliflower-like and equidensity or high density could be seen on the images. The image strengthened obviously after being enhanced with different degree hydronephalus. Pointlike calcification coule be seen in 3 cases. Conclusion The typical imaging characteristics of choroid plexus papillomas in children was great useful for preoperative positional and qualitative diagnosis.关键词
