高效液相色谱仪标准物质丙三醇水溶液的研制
Development of Reference Material for Refractive Index Detector of HPLC
摘要
Abstract
Objective To develop the reference material of glycerol/water for refractive index delecior(RID) of HPLC according to verification regulation. Methods Three kinds of reference material were made up by weighing method. The homogeneity and stability were detected by RID, and the uncertainties were also analyzed. Remits The homogeneity and stability of the reference material were good within 6 months; The uncertainties of the reference material of 1.00×10-1 g/mL, 1.00×l0-3 g/mL, 1.00×10-5 g/mL were 0.89%, 0.90% and 1.1% respectively, their extend uncertainties were 2%(k=2), 2%(k= 2) and 3% (k =2) respectively. Conclusion The reference material can be used for verifying RID.关键词
