摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the expression and significance of HOXA11and ER in benign and malignant endometrial hyperplasia. Methods:27 proliferate endometrial samples,35 simple and complex hyperplasia without atypical change,37 atypia hyperplasia, 31 endometrial carcinoma tissues were obtained , and the expressions of HOXA11 and ER protein were detected by Western blot. Results:The expression of HOXA11 and ER protein gradually decreased from benign to malignant hyperplasia of endometrial,the differences among different groups were significant (P<0.001). There was a significantly positive correlation between HOXA11 and ER expression in different groups(r=0.971 ,P=0.000). Conclusions:The expression of HOXA11 and ER protein gradually decreases from benign to malignant hyperplasia of endometrium, HOXA11 and ER might be the important biological and prognostic markers for endometrial malignant changes.关键词
