摘要

Abstract

Objective To optimize the process of extracting polysaccharides from Humulus scandens ( Lour. ) Merr. Methods With the extraction rate of polysaccharides as an examinable target, the optimal extraction conditions of polysaccharides has been proposed by microwave-assisted method through single factor experiment and orthogonal test method. Results The order of factors which affected the polysaccharides extraction was solvent quantity > microwave hours > microwave power; The optimal technological parameters of extracting polysaccharides were as follows; the liquid-solid ratio, the microwave power, microwave hours were 40:1 ( g/ ml) , 425 W and 90 s. Conclusion The proposed method is stable and reliable for the extraction of polysaccharides from Humulus scandens ( Lour. ) Merr. , which has the advantages of short extraction time, high extraction rate. Under the optimized operation conditions, the extraction ratio was 12. 3556% .
