摘要

Abstract

The aim was to provide the basis for the utilization of the Karst Mountainous Area local maize germplasm. The technique of SSR markers was used to detected the genetic diversity of 19 maize inbred lines, which were widely used in karst mountainous area. 46 SSR primers selected from 90 primers gave stable profiles am plified in sample of 19 maize inbred lines, A total of 190 polymorphic bands were detected by 46 primers selected. The average number of allele per SSR locus was 4. 13 with a range from 2 to 8, The polymorphism information content ( PIC ) for the SSR locivaried from 0. 291 ~ 0. 861. With an average of 0.623. Genetic distance among the 19 inbred lines ranged from 0. 093 - 0. 521. With an average of 0. 342. Clustering analysis made with UPGMA (unweighed pair-group method using arithmetic average) classified the maize inbred lines in Guizhou Province into three groups. The clustering results were consistent with the groups based on the available pedigree. Consequently, SSR markers could be used for measuring genetic variation. Karst Mountainous Area local maize germplasm with a differences, it is rare in temperate maize breeding.
