摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the value of dual -energy subtraction technique for traumatic rib fracture diagnosis. Methods 92 patients with rib fractures were checked by DR dual-energy subtraction technique. Every patient was given 3 images (a standard image, a soft tissue image, and a bone image), and the display rate of standard image to the image of the rib bone fractures at different segments were compared. Results 224 rib fractures were found in 92 patients. The rate of rib section for standard X-ray's chest was showed 94.1%, the rate of armpit segment was 82.7% , the rate of anterior segment is 92.3%, and the total rate of display was 88.4%. At the same time, the rate of bone tissue sections for rib fracture was showed 97.1%, 98.1% and 100%, The total rate of display was 98.2%,x2=224, P =0.000. Conclusion Dual energy subtraction technique can significantly improve the display rate of rib fracture, which has significant value of rib fractures in the diagnosis.关键词
