摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the value of high frequency ultrasound in die examination of the vascular endothelium-dependent dilation in patients with hypothyrodism by high frequency ultrasound. Methods Totally 82 cases of hypothyrodism and 90 cases of control without hypertention diabetes or cardiovascular and celebrovascular diseases were examined with high frequency ultrasound. The vascular endothelium -dependent dilation of brachial artery in two groups was examined and compared. Results The change percent of brachial artery diameter induced by reactive hyperemia was significantly lower in hypothyrodism group than that in the control group(P<0.01). Conclusion There is vascular endothelium-dependent dilation vasodilation dysfunction in patients of hypothyrodism,It is important to evaluate the vascular endothelium-dependent dilation with high frequency ultrasound.关键词
