林麝熟制标本皮张DNA的提取及PCR分析
DNA EXTRACTION IN DRESSED SKIN OF MOSCHUS BEREZOVSKI FLEROV AND PCR ANALYSIS
摘要
Abstract
DNA extraction from animal specimens is significant for identification of animal species and investigation on variation and genetic diversity of animals. This paper exact DNA from dressed skin in Moschus berezovski flerov specimen made 50's last century. Cytochrome gene b was utilized in process of primer to amplify PCR. The result was sequenced and showed that specimen was of lower nuclear DNA content, better conserved mitochondrial DNA, and it could be amplified as DNA extracted from fresh flesh.关键词
