Abstract
The resource of medical engineering technicians is analyzed by introducing education status of current domestic medical engineering and actually personnel conduction of medical engineering department in hospital. The classification standard of medical engineering technicians is put forward according to different functions based on discipline structure. The proposal and notion about constructing and managing an excellent team of medical engineering technicians are proposed.关键词
