井下侧向多镜头成像系统的环形光源及其控制器设计与实现
摘要
Abstract
The current downhole video logging instrument can get the clear well bottom image,but the obtained well wall image is not ideal due to the restriction of its principle. The annular light source and its controller are designed for the downhole lateral multi-lens imaging system. The light source consists of two coaxial and parallel annular illuminant boards, and they locate symmetrically above and below imaging plane. There is a fixed angle between the plane of the boards and the optic axis light emitting diodes (LED) , which makes have α, it can make the lighting projection of the light emitting diodes on well wall symmetric about the imaging plane So that the light covers all image area on the well wall and eliminates blind spots. The LEDs on two boards are of different light wavelength, which makes full use of the spectrum characteristics of medium. Each board circuit uses multiple LEDs in series and parallel manner to reduce its use voltage and improve its work reliability. The key chip of the imaging system controls the digital potentiometer with an I2C interface to change the output current of LED driver chip and control the light intensity of the light sources. The experimental result shows that the designed the annular light source and its controller can meet the requirements of downhole lateral multi-lens imaging system.关键词
