摘要

Abstract

CuAlO2 ceramic targets were prepared by solid-phase sintering. Structure and performance of CuAlO2 ceramic targets were measured by XRD,RT and SEM. Furthermore, effects of sintering temperature and time on the CuAlO2 ceramic targets were investigated. The experiment results shown that the optimum sintering temperature and time is 1 150℃ and 10 hours respectively. Maximum density of CuAlO2 targets is (4. 83g/cm3) 95% of theoretical density, electrical conductivity at room temperature 1. 3 × 10-2S · Cm-1 , and activation energy 0. 265eV.
