摘要
Abstract
With water atomized Cu-Al alloy powder as raw materials in this paper, A12O3 dispersion-strengthened copper composites were fabricated by internal oxidation method. The results show that; γ-Al2O3 particles are homogeneously distributed in the matrix grain, diameter is about 6nm , distance between these particles 30 ~ 50nm; there exist uniform and continuous fibrous structures for hot extruded bar φ25 mm with 99. 8 % cold drawing reductions, the ratio of length to width of the fiber is bigger than 20, tensile strength 680MPa; hot extruded bar electrical conductivities is 87% , and softening point 850℃ , the overall performance reach the advanced level in the world.关键词
