Robust research on supplier selection based on a hybrid method of the improved QFD and orthogonal experimental method
摘要
Abstract
The supplier selection is the key to the supply chain management,which are directly related to the key competitiveness of manufacturing enterprise. Based on the actuality that manufacturing supplier evaluation and selection can not combine with the customer demand,a supplier selection model in the manufacturing enterprise based on a hybrid method of the improved QFD and orthogonal experimental method has been proposed. The model reconstructs the main tool of the QFD method - "house of quality" from the content and form,uses the signal and noise analysis among the orthogonal design method to analyze the score between customer demand and evaluation index system. The model makes the selected supplier working with most robust performance to meet customer satisfaction,and it will be better to deal with the supply chain's uncertainties. In the end,the supplier selection model is performed and its validity and feasibility has been verified.关键词
