Generating codes method for shaping cutter tracks of roots pump rotor profile based on ObjectARX
摘要
Abstract
Component parts of roots pump rotor profile and requirements for the shape and installing of cutter are analyzed. Two generating codes methods for shaping cutter tracks are designed based on ObjectARX. One is profile offsetting;the other is up-ex-circle. The principles and the characteristics are introduced. The adaptabilities of two methods are compared. Finally, how the error of tool nose arc radius affects machining precision of profile is analyzed and the necessity for specified shape error of tool nose is pointed out.关键词
