摘要

Abstract

Four compounds of Urechis unicinctus fibrinolytic enzymes (UFE) with different molecular weight were isolated and purified by our laboratory. Each of them not only improves the secondary plas-min activity of the organisms but also has great anticoagulant activity, plasmin activity and histocompati-bility. According to the N-terminal amino acid sequence of the UFE fl , degenerate primers were designed to amplify part of the UFE II gene by using cDNA as a template through 3 -RACE PCR. Then a 906bp length complete cDNA sequence which encoding the UFEQ was amplyfied on the basis of the result of 5-RACE PCR The comparison result of this cDNA sequence analyzed by BLASTx indicated that the product of it had high homology with the tryptase family members. The analysis results of ScanProsite software by PROSITE demonstrated that the protein contains a trypsin domain (No. 32-264 bit) and according to the CDD database of NCBI, the protein is a trypsin-like serine protease.
