随着发病率的逐年攀升,糖尿病肾病已成为导致慢性肾功能衰竭的重要原因.中医在防治糖尿病肾病方面优势突出.通过对脾胰关系的论证,从中医脏腑五行辨证的推论,糖尿病肾病的根本病机在于“脾虚”,中医治疗该病应打破以往“从肾论治”的思维局限,提出“从脾论治”糖尿病肾病.
Along with the increasing incidence year by year, diabetic nephropathy has become the important reason resulting in chronic renal failure. Traditional Chinese medicine in prevention of diabetic nephropathy has prominent superiority.
