皮寒药质量标准初步研究
Preliminary Research on Quality Standards of Herba Gueldenstaedtia
摘要
Abstract
Objective: Establish the quality standard system of Herba Cueldenstaedtia and provide the reference datum to the new Standard Chinese herbal medicines in Sichuan Province. Method: Hie macroscopic identification and microscopic characteristics of Herba Cueldenstaedtia was researched, and thin layer chromatography ( TLC) was established, taking standard medicines and (3 -sitosterol as control. The water content, total ashes, insoluble in acids ashes and aqueous extracts (after discussing the conditions) were determined according to the approaches listed in the Chinese Pharmacopoeia published in 2005. Results: Micro-identification method of the drug powder and TLC identification method of the crude drug were established, and gave opinions about the limiting value of content about water content, total ashes, acid insoluble ashes and aqueous extracts after them were determined. Conclusion: This research lays the experimental basis for improving quality control methods of Herba Cueldenstaedtia and establishing the provincial standards.关键词
