川木香乙酸乙酯萃取物抗大鼠幽门结扎型胃溃疡作用机理的实验研究
Mechanism of Acetic Ether from Vlaimiria Souliei on Pyloric-ligation Ulcet Model
摘要
Abstract
Objective: To research the therapeutic effect of Acetic ether extract from Vladimiria souliei on pyloric-ligation ulcer model and discussion the mechanism. Method: rat gastric ulcer model was induced by pyloric ligation to observe Ulcer index of all groups, measure the gastric juice volume, total acidity, the activity of pepsin: gastric tissue homogenates were prepared to determine Nitric oxide ( NO) content., Superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity and Malondialdehyde (MDA) content. Result: Acetic ether extract from Vladimiria souliei have a significant inhibitory effect on the Ulcer level, gastric juice volume, total acidity, the activity of pepsin in pyloric-ligation rats ulcer model, furthermore can significantly increase of NO content and SOD activity, and reduce to the MDA content Conclusion: The anti-Pyloro-ligation gastric ulcer mechanism of Acetic ether extract from Vladimiria souliei maybe achieved by inhibiting attack factor and promoting defense factor, and improving the body's antioxidant capacity.关键词
